Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Facilities Manager at HOME OF HOPE, INC. This position is responsible for coordinating specified house operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of assigned staff
  • Maintain safety compliance and operating compliance
  • Record keeping and data management
  • Orientate and train new staff under the direction of the Program Coordinator
  • Coordinate activities and schedule medical appointments
Requirements
  • Working telephone and reliable transportation
  • Physically able to complete all required training and activities
  • Valid OK driver's license with a good driving record
  • Dependable vehicle for transporting clients and current vehicle insurance
  • Availability to work any shift 24/7 and have the ability to drive day or night if needed
  • See, hear, and speak clearly
  • Previous direct care staff experience
  • First Aid/CPR Training required
  • Must comply with Alcohol and Drug Free Workplace Policy
Desired Qualifications
  • 9 months experience as a direct care staff working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Previous leadership experience
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
  • Ability to comfortably communicate information
  • Understanding of the mental and physical challenges of people with developmental disabilities
  • Positive and creative problem-solving skills
  • Maintain MAT, CPR, and 1st aid and DDSD required training
