  • Conduct regular reviews of internal accounts and customer transactions to identify potentially suspicious activity.
  • Analyze transactional information to identify risks, trends, and potential suspicious activity.
  • Document steps taken throughout the review process to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal lines of business to obtain relevant information related to client transactions.
  • Prepare referrals and potentially suspicious activity considerations in accordance with established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate findings and cases to management and maintain detailed records of activities.
  • Provide training, coaching, and/or reviews of work to other team members as necessary.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on AML and KYC issues, sharing knowledge and expertise.

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 5 years of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or compliance experience.
  • Extensive working knowledge of SARs, AML, and KYC rules and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
