Cafeteria Assistant II

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafeteria Assistant II to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with setup, ordering, and stocking of supplies, as well as processing of requisitions and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain work stations, provide efficient service to customers, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Stock serving ware, beverage areas, and dining areas, and handle cash transactions and product accountability.
- Perform daily cleaning of the coffee shop area, equipment, and furnishings, ensuring compliance with state and county health regulations and HACCP standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year's experience in hospitality preferred.
- Serv Safe certification preferred.
