Key Responsibilities:
  • Assimilate tactical aircraft and mission planning system updates, ensuring seamless integration and speed to fleet training initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training products, including courseware, briefings, manuals, and checklists, using MS Office software tools.
  • Provide expert briefings on system capabilities and procedures to program office, fleet operators, and testers, supporting operational and program milestone events.
  • Oversee multiple technical teams, ensuring timely completion and high-quality products.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage projects from initiation through completion, leading or coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
  • Track and approve project team hours and travel, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve the effectiveness of training projects.
  • Supervise project teams, providing leadership and administrative guidance.
  • Travel to support meetings onsite at various fleet concentration areas.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 12 years' experience as an F/A-18A-F, EA-18G, E-2C/D pilot or Naval Flight Officer/Weapon System Officer
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NATOPS Manager experience
  • Graduate of Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) or Marine Aviation Weapons Training Squadron-1 (MAWTS-1) Weapons Tactics Instructor (WTI)
  • Weapons Tactics Instructor experience
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required and an active Top Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements:
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as the copy machine/computer printer.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

ManTech offers a competitive compensation package, including a projected salary range of $143,600-$239,300.
