  • Technical Assistance: Offer support and troubleshooting for MS Windows/Office and other desktop applications.
  • Hardware Sourcing: Identify and procure necessary computer hardware and peripherals, managing the approval process as required.
  • Client Management: Enroll and manage thin clients to ensure optimal performance.
  • Telecommunication Support: Maintain and support office telephone systems, audio-visual equipment, and multi-function printers.
  • Active Directory Management: Oversee user/computer/group objects within Azure and on-prem Active Directory, including password resets and permission management.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide limited technical assistance related to critical business systems.
  • On-Call Duties: Be available for on-call responsibilities and technical implementations/upgrades outside of regular business hours as necessary.
  • IT Security Compliance: Assist users in adhering to IT security policies and standards.
  • Documentation Participation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of enterprise operational documents, including policies and procedures.
  • Third-Party Liaison: Communicate effectively with external partners regarding relevant technical matters.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to technology challenges.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing competing priorities.
  • Team player capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • General understanding of how IT infrastructure aligns with business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • HDI and ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus.
