Responsibilities
  • Review and verify all guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, including processing payments and issuing refunds
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Cover other areas of the hotel as needed, including the front desk and guest services
  • Document any guest accidents or incidents, completing the necessary reports and logs
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • Good accounting and math skills, with experience handling cash and credit transactions
