Overview
We're currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly rate of $17.00. This is a third-shift, full-time position that requires weekend availability. As a Night Audit Front Desk Agent, you'll be the source of knowledge for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and helping to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery. Your role will involve checking guests in, running daily reports, and maintaining house bank. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests
- Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
- Help to resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
- Promote and sell special hotel programs
- Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
- Maintain house bank
- Serve as manager on duty
- Run daily audit reports
- Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
- Assist other departments as needed
Previous guest service experience is preferred, but not required. We're looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for service and a desire to help others succeed.
