Mental Health Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate QMHA (Qualified Mental Health Associate) to join our team at Multnomah Crisis and Treatment Center (CATC). As a QMHA, you will play a vital role in providing care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of our members served.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Support members in achieving their recovery goals and promoting independence.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. and three (3) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in a mental health setting.
- Eligibility to be credentialed as a QMHA in the state of Oregon and obtain QMHA-R (registration) within 30 days of hire and QMHA certification within 12 months of hire date.
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
