Medical Scheduler Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler Coordinator to join our team at Medix. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate records
  • Contact insurance companies for referrals and authorizations
  • Assist patients with various tasks and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
