Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contact insurance providers to secure preauthorization
  • Promote process improvements to enhance coordination of care
  • Monitor and adjust front office workflow to maximize service delivery
  • Ensure patient medical clearance prior to procedures
  • Liaise between referring physicians and surgeons to facilitate communication
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 3 years of scheduling experience
  • 2 years in a clinical setting, preferably medical practice environment

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
