About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen operations at Red Cedar Canyon, a Senior Living Facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and nutritional services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the highest quality food and nutritional services are provided to our residents, in accordance with our established procedures.
  • Deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model, honoring residents and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing a commercial kitchen.
  • Proven ability to schedule and manage staff effectively.
  • Certification in Food Handling, or willingness to obtain certification.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $27.00/hour.
  • Credit for experience will be given.
