Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
  • Customer Experience: Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
  • Team Supervision: Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
  • Documentation: Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
  • Resource Management: Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
  • Communication: Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
Additional Responsibilities
  • OSHA Compliance: Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
  • Asset Management: Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
  • Training and Development: Coach and train restoration technicians.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid drivers license.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • Certification: IICRC certification a plus, not required.
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics).
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Cleaning Agents: Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
