Job Title: Licensed Behavior Consultant

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a Licensed Behavior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical supervision to BHT or RBT workers and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect data during sessions and analyze it to adapt and adjust programming.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, and community officials, and serve as a role model for appropriate behaviors.
  • Implement consequences for inappropriate behavior and establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.

Requirements:

  • BACB Certification in good standing.
  • Behavior Specialist License is required.
  • Master's Degree in a mental health field and one year of documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
