Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, builders, and general contractors.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to accurately estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure accurate project specifications and seamless project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our services.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the irrigation, landscaping, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and installation practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission structure based on sales performance.
