Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 7 AM (flexible hours available).

Key Responsibilities:

The primary role involves enhancing the skills of Press Operators and Assistants through effective training methods, both in classroom settings and hands-on experiences while producing client-specific materials. The trainer will collaborate with leadership during night shifts.

  • Work closely with machine teams to identify and resolve operational issues affecting product quality.
  • Emphasize training for both experienced and newly hired employees on safe and efficient printing press operations.
  • Clearly communicate operational procedures to staff with varying levels of mechanical and comprehension skills.
  • Develop training materials as necessary.
  • Conduct inspections and testing during production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation for internal and external purposes.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including maintenance, quality control, and customer service.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
