Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM, flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

This role focuses on enhancing the capabilities of Press Operators and Assistants through effective training methodologies. Training will encompass both classroom instruction and hands-on experience while producing customer-specific materials. The trainer will collaborate with shift leadership to ensure comprehensive skill development.

Essential Duties:

  • Work closely with machine teams to analyze, adjust, and rectify issues affecting product quality.
  • Emphasize training for both experienced and new employees on the safe and efficient operation of printing press equipment.
  • Clearly communicate operational procedures to employees with varying levels of mechanical understanding.
  • Develop training documentation as necessary.
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting and resolution of print defects.
  • Perform inspections and testing during production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Complete all required documentation for internal and external purposes.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments including maintenance, quality assurance, and customer service.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative.

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience, with a focus on training others as a primary function.
