• Monday - Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

This role focuses on enhancing the capabilities of Press Operators and Assistants through effective training methods. Training will be delivered through both classroom instruction and hands-on experience while producing customer orders. The trainer will operate during night shifts and collaborate closely with shift leadership. Training topics will encompass:

• Analyzing, correcting, setting up, inspecting, and ensuring machine readiness to meet customer and organizational standards for quality and productivity.

Essential Duties:

• Work alongside machine team members to analyze and resolve issues affecting product quality.
• Emphasize training for both seasoned and new employees on the safe and efficient operation of printing press equipment through classroom and on-the-job training.
• Communicate effectively to instruct machine operation to employees with varying mechanical and comprehension skills.
• Develop training documentation as needed.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting for print defects and implement resolutions.
• Perform inspections and testing during production to ensure compliance with standards.
• Complete necessary documentation for internal or external purposes.
• Collaborate with various departments including maintenance, quality, and customer service.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-motivation.
