Position Overview
As a Mobile Expert, you will play a vital role in our Retail Team, embodying the T-Mobile brand within partner locations. Your active engagement with customers will be essential for success. You will act as an ambassador, generating enthusiasm and excitement around our innovative products and services. In a dynamic, high-traffic environment, you will thrive by staying attuned to technological advancements and customer needs, continuously enhancing the Retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with a diverse customer base in a bustling retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and highlight the value of T-Mobile solutions.
- Leverage digital self-service tools during customer interactions to identify needs and employ solution-based selling techniques, ensuring customers understand how to utilize T-Mobile's offerings effectively.
- Complete comprehensive training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new products, and operational processes. Stay informed about personal performance metrics and current promotions to be prepared for customer interactions.
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach, building rapport and trust with every interaction. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with nearby store teams to enhance the customer experience from account setup to ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 30 days of experience as a T-Mobile Mobile Associate (Required)
- 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities:
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and effective at balancing customer experience with performance goals.
- Team-oriented, eager to collaborate with peers and store leaders to enhance customer service.
- Competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Additional Information:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
