Administrative Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our team at Ideaboxpro. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing essential services to ensure the smooth operation of our office.About Our Team

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are stocked and readily available.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an office environment preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation
  • Salary range: $36,000 - $44,000 per year.
