The Customer Service Representative is a key role at CERIS Health, responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients and providers through various communication channels. This position is a great opportunity to leverage your customer service skills and experience in the Managed Care and Benefit Administration industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client and provider inquiries via email, phone, or written correspondence, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines.
  • Review previous interactions with providers in MedCheck, Scheck, and SalesCloud to provide accurate and informed responses.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to clarify answers to inquiries and ensure consistency in communication.
  • Communicate findings with providers at the appropriate level and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience in the Managed Care and Benefit Administration industries.
  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and medical terminology.
