Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Superintendent to join our team at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our field staff and ensuring the successful completion of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with project management teams to ensure accurate project design and execution.
  • Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials for projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the field and office teams.
  • Manage work schedules and timecards for field staff.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Report on project results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Industry experience and knowledge of fire protection systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
