Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team at Community Staffing Resources, Inc. as Residential Maintenance Technicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining value and quality in the community.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and repair properties as requested, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Utilize knowledge and skills in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools, adhering to all OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including electrical systems maintenance, painting, plumbing, appliance installation/repair, flooring/carpentry, landscape maintenance, and HVAC maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and property owners.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience working in building maintenance/handyman for residential or commercial properties.
  • Completion of the CA Fair Housing Act Maintenance course with certificate of completion.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
