Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in project strategy discussions, crafting design concepts, and proposing systems while preparing pricing and proposal documents.
  • Conduct thorough research and ensure design compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Lead and guide junior engineers, designers, technicians, and interns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish the design foundation for hydrology, hydraulics, site utilities, and erosion control methodologies.
  • Generate comprehensive stormwater, water demand, and wastewater calculation reports.
  • Support Construction Project Managers and subcontractors by clarifying construction documents and addressing inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in civil engineering design.

Required Skills and Certifications:

  • Active Professional Engineer license.
