Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapy to clients, including individual, group, and family sessions
- Conduct initial screening assessments and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Maryland
