Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Prince Frederick, Maryland.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. You will work independently to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess client needs and develop care plans
  • Implementing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client mobility and function
  • Educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
  • Accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations in a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications:

  • Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
