About the Role

Barrington Orthopedic Specialists, LTD is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Operate medical imaging equipment, including C-arms, to capture high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and imaging results.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiography School.
  • ARRT and IEMA/State of Illinois (Active Accreditation) licenses in good standing.
  • Experience working with C-arm equipment is preferred, but not required.
