Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist II to join our team in our Acute Behavioral Services (ABS) programs. The successful candidate will work with individuals who require intensive behavioral and mental health support, providing a person-centered approach to creating a safe and supportive living environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct services and supports to individuals served, including intense interfering behavioral health management and daily living skills training.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe living environment, and provide transportation and supervision as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement person-centered plans that promote independence and community integration.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavioral health and disability support.

Requirements

Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities and a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices. Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
