- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to strict standards of care and confidentiality.
- 1 year of experience as a Licensed Psych Tech (Preferred)
- Active AAPT certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Strong observation and documentation skills
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment approaches
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.00
