Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join our team at Redline Powersports. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with powersports vehicles, including electrical system diagnostics, engine and transmission tear down and reassembly, and fuel system repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to ensure vehicles are running at peak performance.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet high-volume service demands, with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive working relationship.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience working on personal watercraft, motorcycles, ATVs, or Side-by-Sides preferred.
  • A - C Tech level qualifications in all aspects of repairs in the powersports industry preferred.
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills, with a solid understanding of electrical systems, engines, and transmissions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Must have own personal tools – company does supply special tools.
  • Good communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Dependable, team player, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Must have references, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
