RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Associate to join our team. As a Parts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling parts and accessories, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Responsibilities
  • Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
  • Sell parts and accessories to customers, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
  • Look up records and enter customer information into our computerized inventory system.
  • Process catalog requests and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Answer customer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Receive and account for all incoming parts.
  • Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability information.
  • Ensure all displays are organized and visually appealing.
  • Update customers on the status of their orders and ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Experience working in a motorcycle dealership or powersports store is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
