Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at The Management Group, Inc. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration: Assist and follow directions from the Portfolio Manager, welcome and show prospective tenants' apartments, and explain occupancy terms.
  • Customer Service: Inform prospective tenants of the availability of nearby amenities, collect rents due, and issue receipts.
  • Property Maintenance: Investigate tenant complaints, inspect vacated apartments, and coordinate activities of maintenance staff.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation, analysis, and control of property budgets.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve tenant complaints concerning other tenants or visitors.
