Coordinates the efforts of technical teams.

Responsibilities:
Ensures operational safety, efficiency, show quality, and compliance with company standards.

Offers guidance, support, and training while actively participating in the execution of all entertainment productions, events, and facility upkeep.

Guarantees adherence to technical performance standards, standard operating procedures, and company policies, enforcing them when necessary.

Collaborates with management on all stage productions to ensure that show content is delivered at the expected performance levels.

Provides feedback on employee performance, counseling, and minor disciplinary actions as required.
Maintains daily standards for employee timekeeping.
Communicates departmental status to supervisors regularly, including operational challenges, employee concerns, guest feedback, special requests, losses, and any other unusual circumstances to ensure smooth


guest service in line with company standards when interacting with guests or managing subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, addressing inquiries, and providing directions.

Ensures cleanliness and safety in the designated work area and performs all tasks in accordance with safety guidelines and requirements, reporting any unsafe or unusual conditions to management.

Meets scheduling availability requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with business needs.
Adheres to attendance policies as outlined by the company.

Follows the company's Rules of Conduct, including specific grooming and attire standards as detailed in employee guidelines and other division-specific policies and procedures.

Additional duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
Trained and experienced in collaborating with directors, performers, and technical teams during the rehearsal and execution of theatrical productions.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure, demonstrating confidence and sound decision-making skills.
Capable of multitasking and thinking quickly on one's feet while exhibiting patience and tact.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, stage designs, lighting, and stage layouts.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
Must be able to pass a mandatory (or random) drug screening in accordance with company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.

Must successfully pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include credit, criminal history, driving records, previous employment, education, and personal references, in accordance with company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
