Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Landsea Homes. As a key member of our Customer Care Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our homeowners.

About the Role

  • We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the building industry.
  • You should be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a must, and experience with HB1 is a plus.

Responsibilities

  1. You will answer all incoming calls and emails in a professional and informative manner.
  2. Prepare lot files (e-files) and project-specific information to assist our dedicated Customer Care Representatives.
  3. Maintain and update records within our internal dwellingLIVE/HB1 System.
  4. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on Service Request Aging and Eliant Surveys.
