Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Sherman Schrock-Farmers Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary duties will include processing customer policy change requests, maintaining and managing marketing programs, securing necessary documents from customers, completing Evidence of Insurance requests, and documenting customer contacts.
