Essential Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Finance (Required); Master's Degree preferred.
  • Over 3 years of experience in analytics and reporting.
  • At least 2 years of experience with SQL, Python or R, statistical methods, and Excel.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI, Periscope).
  • 1+ years of experience in ETL automation (Alteryx, KNIME).
  • More than 3 years of analytical and strategic thinking experience.
  • 3+ years of problem-solving experience.
  • Advanced analytics expertise in handling large datasets and conducting reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python, or R.
  • Data visualization skills using QuickSight, PowerBI, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with familiarity in common frameworks and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
