Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing quality service to our customers, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while completing a variety of customer transactions
  • Utilize face-to-face opportunities to engage customers in a friendly and positive manner, referring bank products and services as needed
  • Listen to customer needs and refer solutions for their banking needs
  • Process cash, check, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
  • Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the Customer Service team, ensuring that bank policies and procedures are followed
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily Customer Service activities, including work schedules, lunches, and balancing

Requirements

  • Basic computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all customer matters
  • A strong leadership role must be proven
  • Show potential for further development and leadership opportunities
  • Strong product knowledge and consultative selling skills
  • An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, or prior success and achievement equal to 5 years of service in the business world in a leadership position
  • 1-2 years previous teller experience
