Position Overview

We are a dynamic and positive manufacturing sales agency seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to assist with essential financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including account reconciliation and generating basic reports using QuickBooks Online for an S-Corporation and two condominium rental LLCs.
  • Input item descriptions for new products into QuickBooks Online.
  • Organize and archive order documentation and expense receipts in QuickBooks Online to ensure compliance with IRS and US Customs regulations.
  • Monitor and track sales commissions using Google Sheets.

This role is designed for a contractor and typically involves processing 1-3 invoices along with 25-30 other transactions each month, as well as handling payroll for three employees through ADP.

Work Arrangement: All tasks are conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Regular online check-ins will occur every 2-3 weeks, either in the early morning or late evening.

We implement the Run Like Clockwork framework to enhance operational efficiency and communication clarity. The ideal candidate must be prepared to track time spent on various tasks biannually and document standard operating procedures for new tasks through screen recordings.

Compensation: $250 per month.
