This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Patient Access team as a Patient Scheduling Specialist. In this position, you will play a critical role in scheduling patients for imaging services at our HCA facility. You will work closely with hospital staff to ensure timely and efficient scheduling processes.

About the Role:

As a Patient Scheduling Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to schedule patients for imaging services.
  • Scheduling and documenting notes in our hospital and Centauri's operating system.
  • Providing patient prep instructions for scheduled services.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
