Plasma Center Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our plasma donation center, ensuring that our donors receive exceptional service and that our center runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas, including training and development.
- Support the Center Manager and management team in achieving center production and cost goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Participate in the selection of new team members and management within the center.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company-specific rules, regulations, and practices related to quality, safety, and product integrity.
- Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree desired.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work weekends, extended work periods, and occasionally travel.
- Valid and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification.
- Ability to be mobile for an entire work shift and occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, leaning, reaching above shoulders, and below knees.
