Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Other Executive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results and support our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support our organization's mission.
  • Lead the development and execution of workforce planning initiatives to ensure we have the right talent in place to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement employee engagement strategies that drive high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations affecting HR and ensure our organization is in compliance.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in a top HR leadership position, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving high organizational performance and high employee engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking, operational focus, and ability to develop an organizational culture that fosters teamwork.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to earn the trust of co-workers, maintain confidences, and put the organization's interest above one's self.
