Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.

Collect and analyze data to inform patient care decisions, including lab and diagnostic results.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication administration.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.

Current licensure to practice in New York State.

Current BLS and ACLS provider certifications from the American Heart Association.

NRP certification within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Recent experience in Obstetrics/Labor & Delivery.

Fetal Monitoring certification.
