Key Responsibilities- Initial Contact and Lead Management: Respond to new customer inquiries and assign them to our sales team in a timely manner.
- Lead Monitoring and Follow-up: Continuously monitor and follow up on leads to ensure prompt response and sales action.
- Internal Lead Review: Review and follow up on internal leads from previous days to ensure timely resolution.
- Communication and Correspondence: Compose professional emails and other correspondence to customers as needed.
- Guest Information Updates: Update customer contact information accurately and efficiently.
- Manager's Review List: Review and maintain the manager's review list to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives.
- Experience with CDK or similar systems is a plus, but not required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
