Job Summary

At Carolina Kia of High Point, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Contact and Lead Management: Respond to new customer inquiries and assign them to our sales team in a timely manner.
  • Lead Monitoring and Follow-up: Continuously monitor and follow up on leads to ensure prompt response and sales action.
  • Internal Lead Review: Review and follow up on internal leads from previous days to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Compose professional emails and other correspondence to customers as needed.
  • Guest Information Updates: Update customer contact information accurately and efficiently.
  • Manager's Review List: Review and maintain the manager's review list to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience with CDK or similar systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
