Parkside Kia Sales Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Agent at Parkside Kia. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission for achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming leads and follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or text to build rapport and trust.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed set monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions.
  • Utilize our dealership CRM system to track customer interactions, appointments, and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, ideally in the auto industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
