Sales and Customer Relationship Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing knowledge of the local market dynamics for business development opportunities across all product lines. This includes utilizing consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers and helping the Agency grow. Additionally, the candidate will proactively cross-sell and coordinate with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers. They will also prospect for new business through various channels. To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated sales and customer service experience, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell American Family Insurance products in all product lines.
- Maintain effective customer relationships and match customers with suitable product and service offerings.
- Promote brand awareness through agency and community events.
