Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a welcoming ambassador for arriving passengers, providing assistance and information to ensure a smooth transition through the airport.
  • Greet and engage with passengers in and around the terminal area, offering help with directions, flight information, and general inquiries.
  • Explain to passengers the services available to them at the airport, enhancing their overall experience.

Essential Functions

  • Stationed at various airport locations, including the main ticket lobby level, to answer questions and provide information to passengers.
  • Greet passengers arriving from international flights, providing a warm welcome and assistance as needed.
  • Perform bin running duties for TSA, ensuring efficient and secure operations.
  • Other duties as required, including standing and walking for extended periods.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Meet all requirements to receive the required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including a ten-year work history if available.
  • Be bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent).
  • Be available to work on weekends, especially Sundays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience.
  • One year of similar work experience.
