Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs, including rehabilitation and discharge planning.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Document required information according to hospital policy.
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
- Function in an organized and time-conscious manner.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license.
- Current BLS & ACLS certification.
