Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor changes in credit profiles and ensure compliance with credit agreements.
  • Structure and underwrite new financing solutions across the Global Banking and Markets product spectrum.
  • Assess risk solutions that adhere to the bank's risk appetite and risk strategies.

  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients and structure, underwrite, negotiate, and monitor financing solutions for their clients.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial and/or corporate banking credit for Senior Credit Officer, 7+ years of experience in commercial and/or corporate banking credit for Credit Risk Officer.
  • Robust understanding of corporate finance and accounting concepts.
  • Strong negotiating and presentation skills.
