Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Valet to join our team at thehouse Newport Beach. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests promptly and courteously upon their arrival and departure.
  • Distribute claim tickets and ensure they are returned when the guest retrieves their vehicle.
  • Assist guests when entering and exiting their vehicles.
  • Ensure claim tickets are attached to keys when in the property's possession and accounted for at all times.
  • Operate vehicles with safety at all times by using extreme caution when driving in the parking lots and observing all speed limits.
  • Return all cars to their owners in the same manner and condition they were taken.
  • Follow the valet station guidelines for setting up and breaking down of the valet station.
  • Provide direction and information regarding the property's facilities.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • One to three months related experience; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Clean DMV driving record required.
  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work AM weekday shifts (part-time hours).
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours.
  • Warm, welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
