We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in the outpatient and acute settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates and treats physical therapy patients under physician orders in the outpatient and acute settings
  • Develops treatment plans for all patients assigned to case load
  • Maintains appropriate documentation in the patient's medical record
  • Ongoing commitment to reducing costs and improving productivity in the physical therapy department
  • Maintains positive relationships with the health care team, patient and family
  • Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with all appropriate members of the patient's healthcare team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy
  • Physical therapy licensure in Iowa or eligible for licensure in Iowa
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Entry level/new graduate acceptable
