Complete Physical Rehabilitation, founded in 2004 & one of the top private Physical Therapy clinics in Elizabeth & Jersey City, NJ, is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and courteous Physical Therapist for a part time position in the Elizabeth, NJ clinic.
1. The hours would currently be per diem. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work either 2 mornings a week from 830am-1pm or one day a week for 10 hours. We are flexible and willing to work with the right candidate's schedule.
We are a small, hard working and harmonious team consisting of 1 full time physical therapist (the owner) and 1 physical therapy assistant, in addition to a full supporting staff. We are well organized, get along great, and are production oriented. Fast paced with a LOT of care that takes time with our patients.
This physical therapist must like working with a diverse, outpatient orthopedic population with great manual skills to assess muscle imbalances and work with spine cases. Our clinic also specializes in spine and vestibular physical therapy. We are seeking a physical therapist who fits well within our company culture, has a passion for the profession, and wants an opportunity to grow with our team.

Requirements
- Must have valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy license
- Applicants must possess basic computer skills. We use Prompt PT as our EMR system.
- Excellent patient service skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and bedside manner, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- The basic business sense that keeping a full patient schedule is key to paying their salary as well as the viability of the clinic operations.
- The basic operational understanding that the therapist must complete their documentation within 24 hours and document well.
- The basic business sense to understand that we are in a service based industry, and thereby providing a superior physical therapy experience is key not only for the viability of the clinic to which they are employed, but as a representation of how physical therapy can make an impactful impression upon the life of the patient at that moment, and in the future when services may be needed again.
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: Up to $92,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
